My mamaji was under his care, and due to what we believe was clear negligence and lack of proper attention, we lost him. Not only was the treatment inadequate, but the hospital has also been removing honest reviews from Google, which is unethical and silences grieving families like ours. We trusted Medanta for its reputation, but our experience has been tragic and frustrating. Families deserve transparency, accountability, and empathy. I urge Medanta to take responsibility and ensure no other family goes through what we did.
