He drew a simple diagram and explained what was happening inside my body. That 10-minute conversation removed half my fear. The laparoscopic surgery was smooth and I was walking the next day. His confidence gives patients strength.
I had consulted multiple surgeons for my hernia, and everyone suggested different things. Dr. Agarwal was the only one who examined me patiently and advised surgery only when it was actually needed. No unnecessary tests, no pressure. Today I am completely fine and back to my gym routine.
He speaks in a way that non-medical people can understand. He told me the pros and cons of surgery and gave me time to decide. That respect for the patient’s decision is something I will always remember.
