Unhone sirf dawai nahi di, balki diet aur exercise par bhi focus kiya. (He didn't just give medicine, but also focused on diet and exercise.) His holistic approach to heart health is excellent.
I was struggling with uncontrolled high blood pressure for months. Dr Bhat ne meri medicines adjust ki aur lifestyle tips di. (Dr Bhat adjusted my medicines and gave lifestyle tips.) Now my BP is perfectly stable.
