Dr. Arvind... was thorough, listened to my concerns, and explained my treatment options clearly. The clinic was clean, and I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time.

Apart Nisha Arora a coordinator(think) and Mr. Suraj an attendant from hexa health nothing is okay. Surgery was supposed to be liposuction and body reshaping but nothing such was happen. Only only neurofibromatosis buds and wart were extracted. Most importantly OT room was unhygienic and unsystematic I never had seen such OT like anybody can come and go(staffs I assumed). Still I don't know who operated on me who were the team. I thought Delhi could provide better facilities but unfortunately o

I am yet experience the fully since my treatment is going on. But somehow I feel deceived by the service provider. On other hand Nisha Arora and Suraj from Hexa Health is very helpful and attentive, they don't let me miss my frens and relative.

No support after surgery. Worst service by hexahealth. Sanjeev kumar is the coordinator and he is not proper responding. Once surgery done they ignored you.

Post operation care is highly unsatisfactory. Due to negligent attitude of Hospital, my brother has a severe burn followed by big sized blisters when served with very hot water for sitz bath. Even now, patient is in tremendous pain since yesterday. Highly unethical, unsatisfactory, unprofessional, negligent and painful experience observed so far.
