They have a good consultant Mr. Arvind he explained me everything related to my wife's fissure problem in detail alongwith it's treatment and surgery procedure. The facilities provided by Hexa was highly Excellent and specially the staff provided was very helpful Fantastic service was provided pickup and drop from home Dr was very experienced and friendly and also food was provided to the patient and attended also neat and clean room with 5 star rating facilities

The hexa buddy was very kind and taken care of even smallest things so that the experience remains hassle free. The pickup and drop facilities were on time. If I talk about doctor then I never met any doctor which is this much compassionate to his patients. I have full faith I will get cured completely in minimum time.

This is First time i Used Hexa Health Services and i am really glad that the Way they treated us is Awesome .. Means i did nothing literally .. They understand the requirement first and then everything was done within a day and Simply next day is the appointment for Surgery. Hospital service was not up to the mark, the staff was not friendly and have some issue with their behavior they were. They were not even taking proper follow ups to the patient. Never going to recommend this hospital again to anyone. Rest the hexahealth experience was good enough.

Post operation care is highly unsatisfactory. Due to negligent attitude of Hospital, my brother has a severe burn followed by big sized blisters when served with very hot water for sitz bath. Even now, patient is in tremendous pain since yesterday. Highly unethical, unsatisfactory, unprofessional, negligent and painful experience observed so far.

I am facing more problems after surgery. I called hexa to sechdule doctor's follow up or call from doctor. but he always told me that doctor is in OT. and not respond nicely. I lost my so many money on treatment but didn't relief. whereas my problem increased more. now I will have to go other doctor for treatment. because I doubt My Surgery is not done properly.

Facility staff and doctors are awesome. Facility is outdated in term of infrastructure and amenities. AC doesn't work. Equipment falling off. Bad ambience for a first time patient.

Heard about Hexa first time. It was a smooth and nicely driven project and gave an overall satisfaction to me. Thanks to Arvind and his team, Sumit helped a lot.

1. The hospital services were below average as they didn't even serve breakfast to the patient until we asked till 11 am. 2. The surgeon was very late even after the appointment and given enough time. 3. The patient is feeling burns and pain even after being discharged and when we are calling Gopi Gupta(Hexa Health Representative), Jayant Kushwaha for emergency there is no response even after multiple calls and at 10:30 Am. The hospital services very very bad they didn't even serve the food to the patient without asking and other supportive services were also below average and didn't meet expectations.

I had a great experience with hexa and definitely i would consider them in future as well if needed Also 5 star for Arvind as well he helped me through out

I have been lied by the agent, that it's covered with insurance and cashless,, after 3 days ij hospital i got to know that this hospital does not support kotak which the agent should know before and informed us and i ended up paying and treatment was not that good as mentioned it was very painfull still not after a day there are cuts and bleeding and on site it's mentioned that it's a laser and no cuts treatment all was a lie and fake promise by hexa agents.

Prashant was my care buddy and taken care of everything so well. I appreciate his help and politeness along with Sunny who was present in the hospital to take care of billing and follow up. Over all great experience. Will try Hexa Helth if needed in the future. Give Prashant and Sunny a rise.

The hexa buddy were very helpfull but if I talk about your calling assistant Diksha she is veri unprofessional, did not have full knowledge of hospital and how the medical insurance works and I had to face alot of problem because of her lack of knowledge and blaming others and not taking initiative. She needs to get educated first then direct the patients. Heads up to hexa buddies as they work really hard. My hexa buddies were Shekhar and Sumit and both were really helpful.

The person responsible for communication Kashif doesn't respond to texts once the surgery and payment is done. No way to get a follow up with the doctor.
