Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the excellent care provided by the doctors. However, apart from the medical staff, the hospital's overall services were far from satisfactory. There were several significant issues that need to be addressed: Insufficient Staff: The hospital did not have enough staff to handle the volume of patients. This led to long wait times and inadequate attention to patient needs. Lack of Training: The existing staff appeared to be undertrained and unprepared to provide the necessary care and assistance. This significantly impacted the quality of service and patient satisfaction. Overall Service Quality: The combination of insufficient and undertrained staff resulted in a poor overall experience. The hospital failed to provide the expected level of service and support to patients. Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this hospital for inpatient services. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that the necessary improvements will be made to ensure better care for future patients.

Good support by Hexahealth and Dr Raj is very good doctor, but hospital was not provided private room

I became a victim by high price with 3rd grade treatment.. you guys are there to mislead and grab money from innocent patients like me .. none of your doctor or staff examined just they came 10hrs late from scheduled time that not even shown courtesy to meet and explain before surgery directly took me in to ot and they did the procedure and went off.. none of them explained me diet or medicines ... It's better to stop these kinds of looting from patients instead of this start begging business a

Hospital nursing staff are not respond immediately and not nit take care of patients properly and not monitor duty doctor introduction
