Write a ReviewDr. Karthik may possess considerable knowledge in cardiology and heart-related conditions. However, in my experience, he appeared to use his medical expertise to encourage patients to undergo major surgeries, to get financial gain from them. It feels as though he exploits patients' vulnerabilities, suggesting surgery even when someone is on their deathbed. Manipal Hospital's management seems to support this behavior and the Manipal Hospital management prioritized revenue over patient well-being. In my case, once it became apparent that no further financial benefit could be obtained, there was a complete lack of communication and support from Dr.Karthik. Tragically, I lost my family member under his care, and I believe this outcome could have been different had decisions been made in the patient's best interest. To me, this was not the care of a healer—it was the practice of a heartless cardiologist.
