Professional Experience

Dr Shetty completed his DNB in Urology from Muljibhai Patel Centre for Research in Nephro-Urology, Nadiad, and his DNB in General Surgery from Bangalore Baptist Hospital in 2004, where he later served as DNB Programme Coordinator and Assistant Chief of Medical Staff, and helped establish the Urology Unit.

He has held academic positions as Assistant Professor at KS Hegde Medical College, Mangalore, and at the International Medical School, Malaysian Science University, teaching undergraduate students and guiding DNB trainees.

He has also worked as a Consultant at Sakra World Hospital, Bangalore. Currently, he is a Lead Consultant at Manipal Hospital Hebbal and Manipal Hospital Yeshwanthpur, and also consults at Lotus Diagnostic Centre, Indiranagar.
