હંમેશા થાક લાગતો હતો. Dr. Dhruv એ મારી આઈર્ન અને વિટામિન ડિફિસિયન્સી શોધી કાઢી અને સુધાર્યું.
Mummy ko bahut time se weakness aur fatigue feel ho raha tha. Reports normal thi, lekin Dr. Urman Dhruv ne root cause pe kaam kiya – unka vitamin D aur B12 deficiency treat kiya. Aaj mummy energetic hain, aur unki smile wapas aa gayi hai. Sir ka observation level amazing hai.
