He is recognised as a pioneer in establishing comprehensive coronary, paediatric, and structural heart disease interventional programs in Gujarat. Notably, he performed the first trans-aortic transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in India in 2015 and holds the highest national single-operator volume for percutaneous transseptal myocardial ablation (alcohol septal ablation) with over 100 procedures.
