Meri mother ka vision kaafi weak ho gaya tha aur ghar mein chhoti chhoti cheezein bhi clearly nahi dikh rahi thi. Eye Q Alkapuri mein Dr. Tapan Shukla ne cataract surgery ki aur ab woh bilkul normal se dekh sakti hain. Staff bhi bohot helpful aur caring tha. Hum bahut khush hain.

Mujhe glaucoma ka problem tha aur kaafi hospitals ghooma, par Eye Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital Alkapuri mein Dr. Rupal Shah ne bahut hi acche se treat kiya. Staff bhi polite tha aur pura process smooth raha. Mere results dekh ke main bahut hi khush hoon. Highly recommend karta hoon.

Very worst experience about booking appointment. there is no any co-ordination between online staff and hospital staffs. no any customer services found here as hospital staffs were not bothered at all about patient timings, online pre appointment. only they said doctor is not available at this time you have to wait for 2 hours to consult. no any humbleness, time value of patients, nothing they bothered. If doctor is not available at any given time then what is meaning of online appointment? Hospital must update this policy to sort out their internal mis communication or else patients like me will suffer and of course their time too..!!!
