After detailed evaluation, Dr. Bhavin Mandowara (Nephrologist) identified that the infection was resistant to common antibiotics. Based on urine culture report, the correct antibiotic was started. Along with treatment, she was counselled about adequate hydration, hygiene measures, and preventive care. Within 5 days, her symptoms completely resolved, and follow-up urine report was normal.
