I am writing to share my recent experience at Sun Hospital, Thrissur, during my consultation with Dr. Raghunadh in the Neurology Department. Unfortunately, the visit left me quite dissatisfied, and I feel it is important to bring this to your attention. During the consultation, I observed that the doctor seemed uncertain about my condition. At one point, he appeared to refer to online sources, including Google images and even ChatGPT, to understand my issue. This approach made me lose confidence in the medical opinion provided, as I expected a more thorough and informed professional assessment during a specialist consultation. Additionally, the doctor’s communication and interaction with me were not satisfactory. I felt that my concerns were not properly heard or explained with the empathy and clarity patients deserve. The overall experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that patients receive the quality of care and professional conduct that Sun Hospital is reputed for. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to address such issues so that future patients do not have a similar experience.
