Dr Shona Nag is a well-regarded Medical Oncologist with over 36 years of experience. She is currently practising in Pune and is associated with:

In 2010, she received the ISCR Award for being the Best Principal Investigator and Research Site in India. The same year, she was also honoured with the:

• GSK – Ethnic Research Initiative Award for breast cancer research in developing countries
• In December 2018, she was conferred the Times of India Health Icon Award for her contribution to oncology in Pune

Beyond clinical and academic work, she heads the Nag Foundation, a non-governmental organisation dedicated to cancer care.

She is an active member of several national and international oncology bodies, including:
