I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hospital. My newborn nephew was admitted to the NICU for 17 days under treatment of Dr. Shambhavi Roy and Dr. Binay Ranjan, and throughout this period, the doctors provided no clear updates on the condition. When the baby's CRP level (which should be below 3) rose from 10 to 110, they assured me that everything was improving and asked me not to worry. Later, when the CRP level dropped to 100 but baby’s condition worsened, they again downplayed the situation, claiming it was a positive trend. It felt like they were just prolonging the treatment to increase the bill, keeping us in the dark and offering false reassurance. Eventually, they asked me to sign a paper agreeing to continue the treatment despite being advised to seek a second opinion elsewhere. The lack of transparency, misleading information, and focus on financial gain were incredibly troubling. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

One star is also not worthy to give..They have open business of money making machine instead of hospital….My child they admitted from day 1 saying having infection, there were two doctor Ms Shambhvi and Binay Ranjan…Both the doctors are very irresponsible for your child treatment. They will make your case worsen in 17 days by putting your babies in NICU using CPAP machine.once you pay Lakhs of rupees, they will say your babies doing well we are stopping the CPAP machine. Now you will paying on Rs 5000 per day since you bill amount dropped to half ,you will calm down again they will silent for week time. After that they will give for some test and they will say we have changed the antibiotics, when you will ask about how much time will take Shambhavi statements “hm to kosis kr hi rhe hai aur ishwar se pray bhi kr rhe hai aap log bhi kijiye “ By the time your baby situation becomes worsening “ . Once the situation is critical she will give the form of consent saying you are free for second opinion and apni mergi se hm apne bache ko yha rkhe hai aur uske jimewar hm hai” . If you ask anything about your kid to Binay Ranjan , he will say bhul jaiye hm treatment kr rhe hai na. He visit to NICU just for formalities within 15 mins he finishes and make statement “. So I will suggest you if you really care about babies then don’t visit, if visits also then never get admitted to hospital especially to NICU otherwise you will in trap and end up paying hard earned money which nothing to worth.

She is a very arrogant lady never talk to patients gently. Her treatment may be good but as a human she needs to learn how to behave with others that will be helpful in her profession. She always seems frustrated and annoyed.
