it is charity hospital and charges should be moderate but after seeing the bill I was shocked as the cost was almost double.I could not understand how insurance company survives.i recommend people to make insurance from the same agency.i am senior citizen if they permit I would continue to continue insurance. Paying such huge amt to hospital .and then surviving in the business can happen only in INDIA. Great political country

When I tried to call Prashant (your executive I spoke with) about my case, he was not replying or receiving my calls. I never thought planning for surgery online would be so flowfless. From the first call to post surgery follow up bhupesh was always available there for me. It was a great experience overall. Wish Hexa to grow big in future.

The food I received for dinner, I found it too spicy which made it unable to consume. And the drop service wasn’t done, as even after waiting for an hour, nobody reverted. The guys from Hexa Health have been of great help. From day 1 Ansh has been constantly updating about the hospital admission, surgery & other details. Whereas Akshay was present most of the time at the hospital during my 2 day stay.. All the claims were cashless & even non medical expenses were taken care of. Additional amount charged to patient before discharge is a very bad way of earning money. It was discussed that expense would be less than 33K which was asked from insurance company . But straight away 33K was considered in the billing , which is a false commitment.

Overall services provided by Kashif and Arun was more then my expectations. From pickup from from till drop at home I was not required to put any effort as everything was done by them only. Hexahealth service is best but I quietly disappointed with hospital's nursing staff who are too young , and not too much prepared for emergency trouble shooting , and there is lack of coordination between doctors and nursing staff.
