Write a ReviewI had a deeply disappointing experience at Orthocare Clinic in Sion. My mother, who recently suffered a knee fracture, had an appointment scheduled at 6:15 PM. To our surprise, the clinic is not wheelchair-friendly and lacks even a basic ramp. Instead, patients with mobility issues are expected to climb six large steps just to enter the facility—an extremely inconvenient and unsafe situation for someone with a leg injury. We arrived on time and waited outside until 6:50 PM, hoping for assistance. During this time, my mother, in visible discomfort and using a walker, had to sit on the footpath because there was simply no accessible waiting area. Dr. Tushar arrived at 6:30 PM, acknowledged her situation, and mentioned he would send someone to help—but no one came. After waiting for over 30 minutes with no support or response from the staff, we had no choice but to leave without even seeing the doctor. This experience was not only frustrating but also disheartening, especially when dealing with a vulnerable patient.
