And before I see many consult with doctor. I didn't go my pain sir. Sir reported the study there have osteoid osteoma. And after 3 month iam take the re scan of limbat spine and wss scr. And the reported doctor not rule outing the there have osteoid osteoma. I will paste the report here sir. IMPRESSION: 1. Loss of normal lumbar lordosis. 2. Patchy areas of altered marrow signals in along the left pedicle, left transverse process as well as the left superior/inferior facet of L3 vertebra as well as the left superior/inferior facet of L4 vertebra appearing hypointense on T1Wt images, hyperintense on T2/STIR sequence showing avid post-contrast enhancement with mild perifocal inflammatory changes - Inflammatory etiology likely. However, the secondary differential of osteoid osteoma cannot be completely ruled out. 3. Mild diffuse disc bulges at L4-L5 and L5-S1 intervertebral levels abutting bilateral exiting nerve roots. 4. AP lumbar canal diameter measures 13 mm at L1-L2 level, 11 mm at L2-L3 level, 10 mm at L3-L4 level, 9 mm at L4-L5 level and 10 mm at L5-S1 level. 5. Desiccation of all the cervical/upper dorsal intervertebral discs with mild posterior annular protrusions at C3-C4 and C5-C6 intervertebral levels indenting the anterior subarachnoid space partially abutting the spinal cord.
