All Branches of Government Hospital in Lucknow

Professionals of mine were nice. My doctors were good and were talking politely. The staff which worked their were very greedy always asking for money from the patients family which is unprofessional.. If a family is disturbed at that times u should not ask money from them..And the worst thing about Queen mary hospital is the bed facilities. They are managing 2-3 patients on 1 bed which is very poor behaviour of them..If a patient had an operation how can u adjust another patient with him/her on the same bed..We had do close our drips on our own otherwise blood started coming..Why are the nurses appointed? To sit and talk It's their work and they were asking us to do it..Why should we, we are the patients ur work is to take care of the patients..This was a unprofessional behaviour.. Doctors were all good but the staff was not..For one work we have to waste our whole day standing in the line..They did not allow men to enter in the hospital without pass..if there is any emergency with a patient and only 1 person is there with the patient and he is a man..U are not allowing him to enter the hospital. Who will take the responsibility of the patient? This is very bad they should allow men at a specific time but the guards behaviour toward men was appropriate and unexceptable..I would prefer that if you are going for your operation or anything keep these things in mind which I wrote. Or else take a private room u will be given all the things. 24/7 visitors are also allowed U are given single beds also a good lunch and dinner also..Just give them money they will do everything.. It's a government hospital only for name..It's just that if u r spending 60 or 70k in pvt hospital here ur work will be done in less amount. The staff which had the responsibility of cleanliness only came before the doctors round..sometimes the afternoon and evening staff skipped their work and did not came to clean as the main doctors come in the morning for round so they do that cleaning stuff before the doctors come... Cockroachs roaming all around the bed no responsibility of the staff to check on it....My operation was done successfully my doctors were good but except it my experience was not good with the staff
