To be honest, I didn't expect such a smooth experience at an eye hospital. I visited Dr Agarwals for my retina problem. The ophthalmologist was very thorough and explained the entire process in detail. The pre-operative counseling was excellent, addressing all my concerns. Post-operative care was also top-notch, with regular follow-ups to ensure my recovery was on track. The staff were professional and the facilities were clean.
