Disappointed with the Lack of Guidance I called on 8527477729 for a simple query regarding the medicine prescribed by Dr. Dharmesh. A lady answered the call but showed a completely unhelpful and dismissive attitude. She neglected to guide us properly or provide any assistance. This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially from a clinic where patients expect care and support. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better communication in the future.
