Worst experience ever hexa health staff not attending calls renki negi that lady give all wrong information to me and his manager ajay his all so not attending call totaly worst people heyer bhai hexa 😡🤬

Both Vishwanath and Ajay were very responsive before surgery, once after surgery they both have washed off their hands and don’t even respond to call and messages. You have made commission out of surgery, now why will you care about patient post surgery follow ups. Utter disappointing service provided by Hexa, Vishwa and Ajay.

I would like to thank Mr. Ajay for assisting and responsing to us in all queries from day 1. I was pleased with the service I received from him. I can give him rating more than 10 stars.

Still today I have not received my original documents related to my treatment. And before admit your team told us it will cashless treatment but after treatment I ended up paying from my money.

Please try to setup a pre surgery physical consultation with the doctor for circumcision surgeries and not send the patient directly to an OT without any physical check
