Dr H A Venkatesh is a senior neonatologist and paediatrician in Bangalore with 35 years of experience in neonatal intensive care, paediatric critical care, and advanced bedside imaging, currently serving as HOD and Consultant at Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road.

Dr Venkatesh was the first neonatologist in India to introduce bedside functional echocardiography and neonatal ultrasound for real time monitoring of newborns. He also established certification programmes in Neonatal Functional Echocardiography and Neonatal Neurosonography under Manipal University.
