She is known for attention to detail, accurate diagnosis and treating patients with empathy. She has expertise in areas of special interest are Ankylosing Spondylosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Connective tissue diseases such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Sjogren's and Scleroderma. She has also worked as an Assistant Professor at Sir Aurobindo Medical College, Indore. She has done her Fellowship in Rheumatology and Immunology from Manipal Hospital and Rajiv Gandhi University, Bangalore and a Fellowship in Rheumatology from EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism).
