Dr Santosh has served as a Professor of General Surgery as per NMC guidelines, and is a Thesis Guide for Postgraduate students.

He is also an Examiner for Undergraduate and Postgraduate medical students as per NMC norms.

He has authored and co-authored several research papers published in national and international journals and has presented papers at reputed conferences.
