Write a ReviewManaging gestational diabetes through diet felt very daunting at first but Anwesha made the process very manageable. Her meal plans were realistic and satisfying and my blood sugar remained well-controlled throughout the rest of my pregnancy.
After my delivery I was struggling to lose the pregnancy weight and Anwesha helped me put together a structured and realistic plan. She was very supportive and never made me feel pressured. I have been steadily losing weight while keeping my energy up for breastfeeding.
I consulted Anwesha Hajra for dietary support alongside my PCOS treatment. Her understanding of how nutrition affects hormonal balance was very clear and she helped me make changes that have improved my cycle regularity and energy levels considerably.
