Write a Reviewਮੇਰੀ ਉਮਰ 60 ਸਾਲ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਦਰਦ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ (osteoporosis)। ਮੈਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਰਾਜੀਵ ਖੰਨਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਕੈਲਸ਼ੀਅਮ ਤੇ ਵਿਟਾਮਿਨ D ਦੀ ਸਹੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਹੁਣ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਰਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਫੀ ਫਰਕ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਚੱਲ-ਫਿਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਸੌਖੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
