I had high expectations based on the reviews, but unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Nitin Pai was underwhelming. The consultation felt rushed, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were fully heard or addressed. While he may be knowledgeable, the communication could be improved. I left the clinic with more confusion than clarity and had to seek a second opinion to feel confident about my treatment plan. The staff was courteous, but the overall experience didn’t meet the standards I was hoping for. I hope Dr. Pai and his team can take feedback positively and work toward offering more patient-focused care.
