I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Prashant Gupta. Yesterday, my mother underwent cataract surgery, and I truly cannot thank him enough for the way he handled everything. The surgery was done successfully, but what touched us even more was his kindness and the way he treated my mother. Before this, I had also consulted him for my father. Both of my parents have the same feedback about him — not only is he an excellent doctor, but he is also a wonderful human being. My father often says that when a doctor has such a calm and caring nature, just talking to him makes a patient feel half healed already. My mother also felt very comfortable throughout the process. During the procedure, he kept encouraging her gently, addressing her respectfully as “Aunty ji,” which gave her a lot of confidence and courage. Even when we visited the next day for the follow-up, he warmly told her, “Thank you, Aunty, you did very well and showed great courage.” That small gesture meant a lot to us. In today’s time, finding a doctor who is not only skilled but also so humble, patient, and compassionate is truly rare. Dr. Prashant Gupta always takes time to explain things properly and guides patients with genuine care. Thank you so much, sir, for your kindness and dedication.
