Dr Sharad Sheth is a highly respected Nephrologist with over 50 years of experience in the field of kidney care. He is currently associated as a Consultant at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute, Andheri West.

His extensive nephrology work also includes managing 350+ haemodialysis sessions per month, performing 1000+ renal biopsies, peritoneal dialysis procedures, and subclavian and femoral catheterisations.

He is an active DNB Nephrology teacher and examiner and has also served as an examiner for the Torrent Young Scholar Award (TYSA).

He has been involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, technicians, and nursing staff at leading hospitals.

His research and clinical contributions include work on:

• Sequential Ultrafiltration, Chronic Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis
• CAVH, CAVHD, and CVVHD
• Advanced renal replacement therapies
