I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Amit Basu, a leading gynecologist in Kolkata (Manipal Hospitals, Salt Lake), for the exceptional care and treatment he provided to my wife. She was diagnosed with fibroids in her uterus, and the size had become significantly large, which was a major concern for us. From our very first consultation, Dr. Basu displayed not only deep medical expertise but also immense kindness, patience, and support. He took the time to explain everything clearly, guided us through the treatment options, and made sure we were comfortable and confident at every step. His compassionate approach and reassuring nature truly made a difference in our journey. Under his expert care, my wife underwent successful treatment, and we are incredibly thankful for the positive outcome. I booked an appointment with Dr Nandini Chakraborty based on Manipal service desk staff's suggestion as senior good doctor but she turned out to be a very rude negative pessimistic doctor who started bantering since beginning asking why we choose her and why we had baby with another doctor then why we didnt visit that doctor not her. After that she told she would check me but she started doing a vaginal swab test without informing me and giving much pain. She didnt stop even on request forcing on me. Then she started commenting sarcastically on each and every sentence. I had never seen such a negative doctor in my life. At last she asked my last period date and on that also she taunted me. Then i had to ask her to stop consultation and i had to walk out. So much negativity i couldnot handle and cried alot getting overwhelmed she is such unprofessional arrogant doctor
