I haven't visited till now after visiting I'll get the experience so now I don't have any experience about your hospital.
Doctors are good and friendliness your patients
Dr somak majumzar is best surgeon in my knowledge , My father was RD approx 15year ago , I was multiple eye hospital visits ,but All hospital was refused for surgery in my farther Then was i meat dr somak majumzar sr & He was successfully OT in my farther, After surgery Dr somak mazumdar was miss behaved with me, But very thanks somak sr because my father’s vision was back. But All was well

Hallo sir I didn't find any complaint box or grievance mail address so I mail here on appointment mail address, and I also don't know that mail reach or not to you ! I also post this same to Google review or whare I find disha barracpore on social media ! Mail subject is how carelessness and rude your staff !!such a shameful behavior to patient (lady senior citizen) & patient family member. Patient id is P0500136624, we have an pre appointment for OPTOS BE TASTE & report to Dr.somak mazumder today 8th May 2025 10am , so after we reached your number 300 room 3rd floor we submit Doctor prescription with money recipt & after some we submit same paper 301 box as your hospital procedure , after some time one lady staff call patient and call her inside 301 room ,after 30minutes when other patient previous & new all completed their eye power test , my mother still sit ,nobody (lady staff) not call her name! When my mother ask her why she not call she answered my mother paper (prescription & money recipt) was missing by them , may our papers go with other patient! And they can't find it !! And it's common..both lady staff or doctor are told us it's happening naturally, there is no problem !! With their rude behavior they told us they can arrange a duplicate copy of money recipt & doctor prescription I have to collect it from 04th floor by myself !! And all this they said when we already wait 45minutes !! So sir I want to know is that all things are common or natural ? Missing papers & wasting our time all that with your hospital staff rude behavior all that are common & natural ? Is all that complimentary with DISHA EYE HOSPITAL? This is not acceptable...we ate patient you are the management so is this is your hospitality? Shame on... Patient name d.dey id on above..
