Dr Bimalesh Purkait is a highly distinguished Consultant Urologist and Uro-Oncologist based in Kolkata with over 20 years of clinical and surgical experience. He is currently associated with Manipal Hospital (Dhakuria) and Sri Aurobindo Seva Kendra.

Throughout his prolific career, he has performed over 5,000 surgeries, ranging from routine stone removals to complex oncological reconstructions. He also serves as an Assistant Professor at the Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS), where he trains the next generation of urologists.
