She has successfully conducted around 10,000 deliveries.

She has performed hundreds of caesarean sections, complicated laparotomies, abdominal hysterectomies, vaginal hysterectomies, and Non Descent Vaginal Hysterectomy (NDVH).

She has also received training in gynaecological endoscopy and performs both diagnostic and operative laparoscopy along with hysteroscopy.

She has helped numerous women conceive and experience motherhood through infertility treatments including Intrauterine Insemination (IUI).

She has also played a pioneering role in private healthcare by establishing and running a reputed private nursing home in Jhunjhunu since 1992.

She managed several specialised facilities including:

She independently managed clinical, administrative, and operational responsibilities until 2010.

She later expanded her clinical practice in Jaipur and served as a DNB faculty at Sevayatan Hospital, where she actively participated in academic seminars and conferences.

She also worked under the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) as a Consultant Gynaecologist at Jamwa Ramgarh Community Health Centre in 2011, where she was recognised by the state government for performing advanced surgical procedures including caesarean sections, laparotomies, and vaginal hysterectomies at the CHC level.

She is a member of the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI).

She has presented research papers on second trimester abortions and other gynaecological topics at national conferences.

She has attended numerous national conferences as a delegate and faculty member, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
