Ab main khud ko pehle se zyada behtar, aur zinda mehsoos karta hu. Dr. Bhojak ne meri zindagi ko ek naya mod diya hai.
Mere mood swings ko control karne mein unhone meri bohot madad ki hai. Wo hamesha meri baat sunte hain aur dawaiyon ko mere lifestyle ke hisaab se adjust karte hain. Jab bhi main low feel karta hu, unki baatein mujhe himmat deti hain. Main unhe apni mental health journey ka sabse important hissa manta hu.
