Dr Rohan has has served as the first assistant in more than 200 Uniportal Video Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery cases and has independently performed several procedures.

He has also been a bedside assistant in more than 80 robotic thoracic surgeries and assisted in the first Uniportal Robotic Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery performed in India using the da Vinci X robotic system.

He is currently undergoing advanced robotic thoracic surgery training at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, Brazil, for certification in robotic thoracic procedures.

He received a Letter of Commendation from the National Board of Examinations for outstanding research work for his doctoral thesis titled “Study of Outcomes in Uniportal Video Assisted Thoracoscopic Lung Resections in a Tertiary Care Center,” which is recognized as the first-of-its-kind study from India in this field.

He has actively presented research papers and clinical work at national conferences, including:
