Dr P Lakshmi Prasanna is an experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist and Cataract, Cornea and Anterior Segment Specialist with over 11 years of clinical experience currently associated with Kamineni Hospital, King Koti.

She completed her MBBS and MS in Ophthalmology, followed by advanced training including FLVPEI (L V Prasad Eye Institute Fellowship) and FICO (Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology).

Her strong academic background and specialised training have helped her develop expertise in managing both routine and complex eye conditions.

Dr Prasanna has performed over 8,500 successful cataract surgeries, including SICS and Phacoemulsification, with excellent visual outcomes.

She is highly skilled in comprehensive management of cataract, corneal diseases, and anterior segment disorders.
