Dr Naveen Mehrotra is a highly experienced Neurosurgeon with over 16 years of clinical expertise. He is currently associated as a Consultant at KIMS Sunshine Hospital, Begumpet.

Prior to his current association, he has worked with Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Maulana Azad Medical College, and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

Dr Naveen delivered a lecture on Surgical Anatomy of the Anterior Skull Base at the Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery Workshop in Hyderabad in 2005.

He also presented Clinical and Prognostic Study of Thoracic Myelopathy Due to Ossified Yellow Ligament at the 6th Asian Conference of Neurological Surgeons and WFNS Education Course held in Mumbai in 2006.

Additionally, he presented a paper on Far Lateral Approaches to Foramen Magnum at the 8th Annual Conference of the Skull Base Surgery Society of India in Chandigarh in 2006.

He has published a chapter titled Shunt Systems in the book Operative Neurosurgery. He has authored research papers on:
