Poor post surgery follow ups. There has not been a single call from the hospital regarding the recovery process. Also, there is no help yet even after multiple calls regarding some issues that I am facing post surgery.

I have not yet received my bill and promise to claim for medical reimbursement has not yet been done. If it has not been done within a week, I am going to post it in social media.youtube, facebook and Instagram. I am a social media influencer. This lackadaisical attitude of the executive is killing my patience slowly.

I am very thankful to Hexa Health specially Mr. Manoj ji And Sumit kumar is Very experienced. The truly professional and wonderful team is doing a great job. The doctors are expert in diagnosis and treating it. They will also give right guidance to the patients. I love the friendly nature to the doctor and Sister . There was no follow up but doctor did a very good job hence didn’t need a follow up. The surgeon was really good at his work. Overall a good service by the doctor. Mr. Kashif needs improvement(a lot more is required than bossing around the juniors.)

मैंने 4 तारीख को इसी महीने में hexahealth के जरिए खतना सर्जरी कराई थी। इन्होंने ओरिजिनल zsr stepler के जरिए मेरी सर्जरी की थी। और इन्होंने मेरी सर्जरी काफी कम दाम में और आसान ब्याज मुक्त किस्तों में की है। लेकिन सर्जरी के बाद मेरे ऊपर ज्यादा ध्यान नहीं दिया गया और ना ही मुझे ड्रेसिंग करना सिखाया जिसकी वजह से मेरा जख्म भर नहीं पाया और उस में इंफेक्शन हो गया। और मुझे मजबूरी में दूसरे डॉक्टर के पास जाना पड़ा। खतना सर्जरी के लिए डॉक्टर दिनेश ठाकुर अच्छे डॉक्टर नहीं है।

The worst hexa buddy is Shorya Vishesh. I faced lots of difficulty in coordinating with him. Hexa you need to do something about him. My experience has been very poor and I would not recommend it to anyone.
