The diagnostic process was comprehensive, involving several tests, and the results were explained clearly by the orthopedic specialist. While the initial treatment approach was conservative, it proved effective. The physiotherapy department is commendable, with highly skilled therapists. The wait times for consultations could be improved slightly, but overall, the quality of care and the professionalism of the medical team are high. I appreciate their thoroughness.
