I am highly disappointed with the irresponsible and careless approach of the emergency ward staff at Manipal Hospital, Ghaziabad. A patient was brought in with a dislocated shoulder and glass pieces lodged under the skin. Despite this being an emergency case, the doctors and staff failed to examine him thoroughly. They casually declared that everything was fine and discharged him without proper treatment or investigation. Such negligence is unacceptable, especially from a hospital that claims to provide quality healthcare. Ignoring clear symptoms and dismissing an emergency patient without adequate care reflects a serious lapse in responsibility and professionalism.
