I am very happy with the services from hexa health. They have a good consultant Mr. Arvind he explained me everything related to my wife's fissure problem in detail alongwith it's treatment and surgery procedure. He booked consultation with Dr saurabh goyal who is highly experianced and professional. He examine my wife and laser surgery was recommended. On day of surgery he sent cab to pick up. I have been lied by the agent, that it's covered with insurance and cashless,, after 3 days ij hospital i got to know that this hospital does not support kotak which the agent should know before and informed us and i ended up paying and treatment was not that good as mentioned it was very painfull still not after a day there are cuts and bleeding and on site it's mentioned that it's a laser and no cuts treatment all was a lie and fake promise by hexa agents.

There is huge difference between cashless claim and cash payment treatment so consumables charge must be less.

Hexahealth buddys didn"t briefed me all and everything properly at the beginning due to which i had to face humiliation and embarassment in the hospital. Second i got charged extra because of the Hexabuddys miscommunication. Not happy with Hexabuddy service.

The hexa buddy (Shorya) was always available on call, and other hexa buddies were there in hospital almost all the time. Everything was arranged by Hexa starting from the cab to the hospital till the cab back to the home. Everything is very well taken care of

I felt at the end because of some billing details not provided and extra charges on me which were not told by hexahealth representative earlier.also there was delay in surgery..delay in discharge..and looks like if u don't pay extra 4k I'll not be discharged...so things can be improved...I think because of insurance policy.. sometimes i have been taken for granted..
