Dr Tarlochan Singh Kler is a renowned Cardiologist currently working as a Chairman at Fortis Flt Lt Rajan Dhall Hospital, Vasant Kunj and Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram. He is also associated as Chairman and  Head of the Department at Max Multi Speciality Centre, Panchsheel Park, Max Hospital, Gurugram, Max Super Speciality Hospital, Sector 10 and BLK Max Super Speciality Hospital.

He received the prestigious Padma Bhushan from the Government of India in 2005. He was also awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Indian Medical Association and Times Health Care Achievers Awards in 2017 in the "Legends of Medicine” category

Dr T S Kler Cardiologist did his MD in General Medicine from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh in 1980. He also completed his DM in Cardiology from the PGIMER, Chandigarh in 1983 and a Fellowship in Electrophysiology and Pacing from St Luke Medical Centre in 1993.

He has authored about 150 articles in national and international journals. He is an active member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and the Association of Physicians of India (API).
