Write a ReviewMy experience with him was very frustrating. I took my mother for a pile surgery at MGS Hospital on January 13, 2025. While he performed the surgery, the support afterward was inadequate. The suggested medications were ineffective. After the surgery, I scheduled an outpatient visit with Dr. Thakur, but he prescribed the same ineffective medications again. Although the hospital bill included charges for four visits, the doctor never came to check on my mother even once. Only the appearance of visits was documented. Once the surgery and billing were completed, he was uncooperative. Thank you!

I am facing more problems after surgery. I called hexa to sechdule doctor's follow up or call from doctor. but he always told me that doctor is in OT. and not respond nicely. I lost my so many money on treatment but didn't relief. whereas my problem increased more. now I will have to go other doctor for treatment. because I doubt My Surgery is not done properly.

1. The hospital services were below average as they didn't even serve breakfast to the patient until we asked till 11 am. 2. The surgeon was very late even after the appointment and given enough time. 3. The patient is feeling burns and pain even after being discharged and when we are calling Gopi Gupta(Hexa Health Representative), Jayant Kushwaha for emergency there is no response even after multiple calls and at 10:30 Am. So the time is not something when they may be asleep. And that is aft
The hospital services very very bad they didn't even serve the food to the patient without asking and other supportive services were also below average and didn't meet expectations.
Please work on post operation follow ups. Booking such slot is not convinent.
Hospital should be verified and should have proper information specially for child circumcision

The person responsible for communication Kashif doesn't respond to texts once the surgery and payment is done. No way to get a follow up with the doctor.

Hexahealth buddys didn"t briefed me all and everything properly at the beginning due to which i had to face humiliation and embarassment in the hospital. Second i got charged extra because of the Hexabuddys miscommunication. Not happy with Hexabuddy service.

मैंने 4 तारीख को इसी महीने में hexahealth के जरिए खतना सर्जरी कराई थी। इन्होंने ओरिजिनल zsr stepler के जरिए मेरी सर्जरी की थी। और इन्होंने मेरी सर्जरी काफी कम दाम में और आसान ब्याज मुक्त किस्तों में की है। लेकिन सर्जरी के बाद मेरे ऊपर ज्यादा ध्यान नहीं दिया गया और ना ही मुझे ड्रेसिंग करना सिखाया जिसकी वजह से मेरा जख्म भर नहीं पाया और उस में इंफेक्शन हो गया। और मुझे मजबूरी में दूसरे डॉक्टर के पास जाना पड़ा। खतना सर्जरी के लिए डॉक्टर दिनेश ठाकुर अच्छे डॉक्टर नहीं है।
