When specifically informed that my mother only needs palliative care and support, suggested ICU for observation, when it is clear that the treatment remains the same. Also used fear persuasive tactics and told to vacate when we suggested that conservative treatment was sufficient. Very inhumane and unprofessional practice and using juniors to do their dirty job. Only there to milk money
