Write a ReviewDr.David is simply superb. You trust him and handover your problem to him and he will solve it for you. I had visited him many times and he never disappointed me. I also visited EnT and emergency and can say that they have best facilities
doctor doesn't provide post op consultancy, keeps putting booked consultancies off untill further notice. my dad has been trying to get his opinion on his post op blood reports, dr. never shows up even after his staff confiems appointment and accepts payment.
I am a chronic high Bp patient post medication for ocular tb. Yesterday i had an opportunity of meeting dr. Sridhar sreenivasan at vasavi hospital. for the first time for treatment for vitamin d3 and b12 which were very low. He patiently listented to my long and detailed history of medical journey for the last 3 months and simply readjusted the existing dose of minor existing medicines . This was something new to me as in the past 3 months every doctor i go used to drastically change my bp medicines and thereafter the next few days would be a nightmare for me since my body had to adjust to the new composition. In my personal opinion a good physician is one who listens patiently and looks at the whole pictue of the medication before treating. In this hats off to Dr. Sridhar srinivasan. I think at last i have found a good general physician near my residence. Thanks doctor. I am already on the way to recovery.
The only good part of the over all experiences with Hexa was the Surgeon who did his job delegently.
Overall process was smooth with hexa

Hexa never tried to contact me for helping in incurance coverage or to get monthly appointment from Doctor as promised , once surgery is completed they don't help in any aspects as they promise .
Hexa had agreed that i was having the surgery at a package rate but once treatment was done the bill was a split up and i had to pay some amount from pocket....Felt very bad

For cash less payment 10 % amount paid that is not fair ...am asked insurance persons they are not charged anything but..they charged 10 % of total amount

It would have been better if the doctor who done the surgery explain the procedure at the time of discharge.

This is a cheating not treated properly my father has a huge pain and the problem is not resolved. We have visited to the doctor for the 2nd opinion and the doctor said the piles are still existing. I am taking the left from the doctor and share in social media.

Hexa team has good support in pre and post surgery. Siva was with me till i get discharge. I would like suggest few things Please let the patient know that admit to hospital is mandatory while providing information If patient is diabetic, tell them post surgery they need to be in observation for 24 hours and please ask them, whether they are ready for surgery ( because i came in perception that post surgery, in couple of hours i can go home and planned all the activities)

post surgery follow up are not good, the hexa buddy asked for additional Rs 300 as coordination charges which i declined , however i effects the reputation of hexa
Please try to inform the patient regarding the doctors background and experience so that we can take an informed decision
Please try to setup a pre surgery physical consultation with the doctor for circumcision surgeries and not send the patient directly to an OT without any physical check
I was promised drop back home and till now the buddy has not answered my calls after the payment. Worst experience
