Please make sure before giving quotation, see the report check with doctor estimate the cost after that only give the quotation. As you make us to do payment before treatment so how can you ask for extra charges after the treatment.as per report and doctor there were no confusion but from your side it was not cleared for which treatment you have quated. I became a victim by high price with 3rd grade treatment.. you guys are there to mislead and grab money from innocent patients like me .. none of your doctor or staff examined just they came 10hrs late from scheduled time that not even shown courtesy to meet and explain before surgery directly took me in to ot and they did the procedure and went off.. none of them explained me diet or medicines ... The surgery was done well. However, the post surgery assistance and support provided is not adequate. After the Laser surgery, I was discharged. Later I'm suffering from fluctuating fever, suffocation and bleeding. Need assistance in this regard.

First of all there is no tranperancy while coordinating, the hexa health agent was promising something and the reality is different, I would like to share my experience. I had bad experience with Hexa health because at the time of pre surgery they told non medical expenses min 2000 to 5000 but they charged 14000 after that 7000 waved off but due to this my discharge got delayed and had fever and mental tension after the surgery.. Please update your websites and team that to no 100% insurance cover for the surgery.and there will be hassle experience.

The surgeon was a thorough professional and actually guided through the procedure with all the information that was accurate. The hospital was pathetic and the hygiene of the hospital room was compromised. The buddy was also not available for 90% of the time. The co-ordinator, Mr. Dayanand was very helpful from the beginning. I haven't even received the reports.from the hospital which they said that it will be shared in a day's time. It's more than two weeks.

No proper response the bill is so high we have no idea how it got there, and wasted 5 days , and to top it off the multi speciality hospital has no operation theater, no hexa personal to support when there is a bill they disappear and disconnect calls , no proper hexa is a scam we have all the recordings etc and make sure this is made public

We are not clear on the OT scheduled for us and taken 2 days in hospital. From pick up from home to till the discharge we had lot of disconnect. Since we are going with some expectations and if results are not good then it will hurts.

hi i had a very bad experience with hexa health one mr. venkat co ordinated with me he fixed up the pakage for the piles surgery 30k, after surgery he asked me to pay 2.5 k additional i refused to pay so he spoke to me very roodly his manager jithan he spoke to me he dosent know how to behave with patient they made me sit in the reception for 3 hours bks of 2.5 k they dint even bother to book the cab for me after discharge , venkat and jithan only money minded they dont know to speak in a goo

I had one of the best experiences with HexaHealth. I wanted a surgery so I booked a free consultation. One of the Care Specialist Waseem Ansari asked me about my problem and he helped to find an expert doctor suitable for my needs. After that I had a smooth process from getting admission to hospital till discharging from there. Because of Waseem and Karthik (Hexabuddy) I didn't have to worry much about other things and just focus on my health and my surgery.

Very bad experience with Hexa coordinator and buddy care. They didn't fulfill their basic facilities. Don't believe their words, no care buddy, no food service, no drop after discharge. They don't have correct info from hospital and doctors. Complete coordination mashup. Very bad service. Initial quotation and approval quotation have 50% high. Don't believe hexa service.

Hexa team has good support in pre and post surgery. Siva was with me till i get discharge. I would like suggest few things Please let the patient know that admit to hospital is mandatory while providing information If patient is diabetic, tell them post surgery they need to be in observation for 24 hours and please ask them, whether they are ready for surgery ( because i came in perception that post surgery, in couple of hours i can go home and planned all the activities)

I am really happy that surgery went very smooth as I had been brief by Miss Nirmala. They had arranged me the cabs for pick up and drop. Mr. Mufeez was waiting for us when we reached the hospital. I gave 1 feedback in the past about the same but with a positive response. I am regretting it now. There was no coordination between the hospital and the hexahealth. Even there was no co ordination between the patient and the surgeon. At last minute, they changed my hospital which doesn't have the facilities according to my treatment. I had to travel 25kms in total to get 1 test and was back to the hospital at 1am at night. At the day of the surgery, there was no hexahealth's representative. Eve
