Procedures include robotic-assisted total knee replacement, unicondylar knee replacement, bilateral joint replacement and minimally invasive knee arthroplasty, with over 800 robotic knee replacements performed.

Revision Joint Replacement

Dr Agashe treats patients with failed previous hip or knee implants requiring complex revision surgery. He performs revision total knee replacement, revision total hip replacement, periprosthetic fracture management, infected implant removal and bone loss reconstruction.

Shoulder, Elbow and Ankle Replacement

He manages patients with end-stage arthritis of the shoulder, elbow and ankle joints requiring joint replacement surgery. Dr Agashe performs total shoulder replacement, elbow replacement and ankle replacement including the first ankle replacement in Maharashtra in 2012.

Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy

Dr Abhijit Agashe treats athletes and active patients with ACL tears, PCL tears, meniscus injuries and rotator cuff tears. He performs arthroscopic ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, rotator cuff repair and shoulder stabilisation surgery.

Pelvic, Acetabular and Trauma Surgery

He manages complex pelvic fractures, acetabular fractures, periarticular fractures and polytrauma orthopaedic injuries. Surgical care includes pelvic fracture fixation, acetabular reconstruction, hip fracture surgery and malunion or non-union correction.
