He was honoured with the A V Gandhi SCAI Award for Excellence in Cardiology and secured first prize for paper presentation at APICON.

He served as an expert cardiologist on the Delhi Government Advisory Committee for Adverse Events Following Immunisation and co-authored research on the North Indian ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction Registry in Clinical Cardiology.
