it is charity hospital and charges should be moderate but after seeing the bill I was shocked as the cost was almost double.I could not understand how insurance company survives.i recommend people to make insurance from the same agency.i am senior citizen if they permit I would continue to continue insurance. Paying such huge amt to hospital .and then surviving in the business can happen only in INDIA. Great political country

When I tried to call Prashant (your executive I spoke with) about my case, he was not replying or receiving my calls. I am still having pain after 3 months of surgery, .ay be surgery was not good. Dr should provide more care and empathy with patients just like they provide if customer approach them directly. Afterwards follow up from agency should be pro actively with quick response.

I had a very bad experience with Hexa health. Representative arrived 2 hrs late which caused the operation to be delayed. Tests were conducted in a hurry and patient had to wait in reception 2 hrs for admission process. No clear instructions to hospital on room allotment as promised by hexa and required unlimited calls to get the job done. Hospital is average and services not as advertised by Hexa Health. Hexa Health is a great plate form for the surgical needs. From the first call till discharge Bhupesh was always there, explained the process very well. Only issue was the delay in insurance, apart from that Hexa is great for patient care.

As per Hexa executive surgery takes around 55k to 60k. But I got bill of Rs. 1,45,360/- at the discharge time. As per Hexa buddy surgery done for 3 procedure that already doctor told us at the time of consulting. After that we got approx amount of 55k to 60k. Also it's not confirmed with patients. Totally unsatisfied with commitment.

I never thought planning for surgery online would be so flowfless. From the first call to post surgery follow up bhupesh was always available there for me. It was a great experience overall. Wish Hexa to grow big in future.

The coordination between surgeon, your representative at hospital, your representative on phone, hospital staff is pathetic. Instead of it helping patient it was causing problems to an extent it could have been fatal, you need to understand you are dealing with life. You will realise what I am saying only if some body from management could speak to me.

Over all experience is very good. But I would like to suggest regarding billing process patient should know all details like last bill sattlement. And after surgery doctor should connect from hexa without patient follow.

The food I received for dinner, I found it too spicy which made it unable to consume. And the drop service wasn’t done, as even after waiting for an hour, nobody reverted. Apart from it, my Care Coordinator Bhupesh, did an amazing job! Kudos to him and the other team members! Thank you. Keep up the good work!

The guys from Hexa Health have been of great help. From day 1 Ansh has been constantly updating about the hospital admission, surgery & other details. Whereas Akshay was present most of the time at the hospital during my 2 day stay.. All the claims were cashless & even non medical expenses were taken care of. Additional amount charged to patient before discharge is a very bad way of earning money. It was discussed that expense would be less than 33K which was asked from insurance company . But straight away 33K was considered in the billing , which is a false commitment.

Overall services provided by Kashif and Arun was more then my expectations. From pickup from from till drop at home I was not required to put any effort as everything was done by them only. Hospital food was very good but Hospital having very rush and not bed shortage and chemist giving all generic inj and generic tab also for me . No branded medicine given by chemist after asking also.

Hexa health were really helpful, they make everything hassle free for me. Hexa co-ordinators (Surbi & Akshay) were throughout in touch with me. The Surgeon Dr Sarang Bajpai has very deep knowledge, he is very kind & approachable. Post surgery Dr Sarang were in constant touch with me to solve my queries.
